Can I do a product exchange?

To exchange any items purchased online, please contact our customer support team by email at hello@blissoralcare.com.au with a detailed description of the request.

All returned items must be unopened with packaging intact.

Cost of postage will not be refunded. Please note we cannot offer exchanges on any opened or used products. Please allow 1 week from the day you return your package for your request to be processed.
