All orders are shipped with Australia Post tracking numbers so customers can monitor the movement of their shipment.
In the event that your shipment states that it has "Been Delivered" and you have not received your items. Please follow the below steps:
Step 1: Check your mailbox and any areas where your order may have been left at your property - although this may sound trivial, it's best to do this check before progressing to step 2.
Step 2: Contact Australia Post as soon as possible and provide them with your tracking number and ask them for more information on your delivery. You can chat with them in 2 ways, 1) Online live chat at https://auspost.com.au/help-and-support?group=deliveryoptions or 2) Call them on (137678).
Step 3: If Australia Post cannot resolve the issue please contact Bliss at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us with all the details so that we can begin an investigation. We never want our customers to be stuck waiting for answers, so if Australia Post advise that they cannot find your package we will re-ship your order.
