What do I do if my order arrives incorrect or damaged?
We take great pride in carefully packing and shipping your order - To ensure your Bliss products remain protected during shipping, we pack your order in a plastic-free, waterproof, bubble mailer.
If your order arrives and is wrong or items are missing or damaged, please contact us immediately either via our live chat or email hello@blissoralcare.com.au.
Supporting our customers is our number one priority and we understand that damage during transport, though very rare, can happen.
All claims for errors or damages upon delivery must be reported within 48 hours of delivery confirmation and with photos of damage provided.
