Our Basic Whitening Kit combines the power duo of our Leave-In Whitening Strips to get a quick yet powerful whitening and our Dissolving Whitening Strips for daily 15 minute whitening top ups of your smile. 

Dissolving Whitening Strips

Use once or twice a day (morning and evening) following the simple instructions below. Teeth must primed using our Bliss Whitening Primer Toothpaste before applying strips.

1. Apply either side of one strip to lower teeth, avoiding gumline

2. Fold excess strip behind the teeth. The strip will adhere to teeth. Repeat for the upper teeth.

3. Allow to dissolve. The strips should be fully dissolved after approximately 15-20 minutes. Rinse mouth with water.

Leave-in Whitening Strips

Use once or twice a day (morning and evening) following the simple instructions below. Teeth must be primed using our Bliss Whitening Primer Toothpaste before the applying strips.

1. Apply lower strip to lower teeth, avoiding gumline.

2. Strip will adhere to teeth. Repeat for upper teeth.

3. Leave strips on teeth for 1-2 hours. Remove and rinse your mouth with water. Avoid eating during treatment.

Can I use my regular toothpaste to clean my teeth before using the Bliss Whitening strips?

We strongly recommend you DO NOT brush your teeth with regular fluoride toothpaste before applying our whitening strips. Any toothpaste that contains fluoride, will prevent the active ingredient in the strips from whitening your teeth. How many days will the strips last? A box of dissolving whitening strips contains 56 individual strips. If you perform 2 treatments per day, the box will last 14 days. A box of Leave-In strips contains 28 strips. If you perform 1 treatment per day, the box will last 14 days.

Will teeth whitening damage my teeth?

No, Bliss Oral Care products will not damage your enamel.
